Refund Policy

Preats will provide a full refund for any damaged or misplaced items during shipment. A full refund will only be granted if you can provide evidence of initial damage or misplacement from either the shippers or Preats. Please send videos or pictures of misplacement or damage at andrew.evans0304@gmail.com. If unable to provide sufficient evidcence, we will be unable to provide a refund for your product.
